My friend and I were back in Cambridge last week, visiting Harvard Square. With the sun setting so late, it was a long but very fun shoot. We made these images around 10:00. They were our last images of the evening.
“I love the light for it shows me the way, yet I will endure the darkness because it shows me the stars.” Og Mandino
The pillars around the doors to this building at MIT were rather striking. The featured image was made as a city bus passed by and created these rather dramatic light rails. The other image shows the entrance without the bus.
I took an extra day off from posting yesterday due to a busy extra day at university. But I am back today to share more photos from when my friend and I visited the Prudential Center after Christmas to make some photos looking out over Boston. In the second image, you can see the famed Fenway Park. They were setting up for playing ice hockey there when this image was made. Pretty soon will be opening day of the baseball season.
A bit of a grainy set as there was too much close action for the tripod to be of much help. Still a good sense of a fun Saturday might out.
