I was going through old drafts of unpublished blog posts and found this graphic of a painting of Frank Sinatra on a restaurant’s security door. Who knows what other treasures are in my unpublished drafts.
Here is the color version of yesterday’s subject. It is the Bunker Hill Monument, which commemorates one of the first battles of our Revolutionary War. I took these sunrise shots earlier this year and am just now getting around to showing them.

My friend and I were back in Cambridge last week, visiting Harvard Square. With the sun setting so late, it was a long but very fun shoot. We made these images around 10:00. They were our last images of the evening.

The pillars around the doors to this building at MIT were rather striking. The featured image was made as a city bus passed by and created these rather dramatic light rails. The other image shows the entrance without the bus.
