A few evenings driving home from class, I’d seen this silhouette. Last weekend, I went out to make an image. It was the perfect night for it.

Last week was our first visit to Rhododendron State Park. Its claim to fame are tons of the namesake flowers on plants that grow up the side and over the top of the trail. The trails are very accessible and relatively short. There is a side trail off the property that supposedly gives a great view of Mt Monadnock. We started up the trail but it was rather steep and we lacked water on a hot day. That will be a fun fall hike.

Last week, I went for a morning bike ride along the NH coast. This is one of my favorite rides because you’re along the shore almost the entire ride. This is one of the better views.

My wife and I walked by this spot in Milford, NH after having breakfast out. You wouldn’t realize that it’s in the middle of a busy town center.

Our resident scarecrow wants to wish everyone a safe and happy Independence Day.

Ellie is our latest foster dog. She’s a four year old pit bull who has been with us for nearly three weeks. She is very excited to celebrate Independence Day with us.
