The Oculus is the transportation hub that serves the World Trade Center area in New York City. It’s architecture is a photographer’s dream featuring repeating lines and interesting angles.

It’s impressively large inside. You don’t realize until you’re inside that most of the structure is below the surface.

Most of my visits to NYC were via the trains coming and going from the Oculus. You should see it when they decorate it for the holidays.
