This little one was in the yard the other morning.

I saw him/her while working on editing a chapter. I was able to make these from the window,

He/She returned the next day when I was unloading some things from the car. It wasn’t shy about sharing the yard with me.

No! Not the blueberry bushes!
what a wonderful experience, thank you for sharing =^_^=… happy long week-end.
Have a good evening.
I couldn’t hit ‘like’ on this one because of the last photo. π They are handsome to look at, but between the ticks and the fact that they view gardeners’ yards as salad bars, I wish them good luck in the woods rather than a yard. π
Yes, my wife is anxious about her garden.
Unfortunately, these fellows should be out in the forest where they belong but with no predators………they’ll eat your blueberries and everything else! Bring back the wolves, bears…!
We were caring for a relative’s dog a few weeks back. He chased the dear off one morning but did no harm.
Deer are so pretty, but they are most inconsiderate, eating all of our favorite plants.
My wife is nervous about what it might due to her garden.
I don’t blame her. Deer have done horrible things to our hostas.
Great shots…how cool is that (except for the blueberry bush)!!
Thank you, Kirt. Luckily, he didn’t bother with it for long.
Leave the blueberry bushes alone or else!!!!
That’s right. Don’t make me come out there.
He wasn’t shy at all… and he (she) looks so cute ! Sorry for the twoo leafs… driven by hunger π
He has a whole forest to eat but seems to like our yard.
Good to see the little one but feel sorry for your plants.
Thank you. We love seeing them but not when they eat the plants.
It’s like a teenager exploring his terrain, testing how far he can go. It’s always a touching sight to watch. Great shots.
Thank you!
How pretty! But I’m sorry about your blueberry bushes…..
Luckily, he didn’t do too much harm.
Che bello!!!
Grazie
So beautiful and you are lucky π·
Thank you. He was actually just here again. We are caring for my brother in law’s dog. We went out side. The dog was on a leach. The dog laid down and the deer came over to check out the dog. They were only a few meters apart and then the dog got excited and jumped up. So, the deer ran away. Very odd but beautiful.
Living in a wood is a great adventures indeed.. Enjoy and take careπ
Yikes! Not the blueberries!! But isn’t it just beautiful?
