Your series just shows how many options we have as photographers if we only explore them. My favourite is the opening photo, both because of the processing and the skewed composition.
I am always amused that factory chimneys have become popular objects, provided that they no longer emit smoke. Otherwise, the negative image of pollution, or even of hard factory labour, takes over.
Impressive chimney! In Medora, North Dakota, a similar chimney stands alone. It is all that remains of a meat packing plant that was a failed attempt to deliver fresh beef to Chicago on the first refrigerated rail cars.
Its beautiful Chris..😊
Thank you so much, Mich. How are you these days?
Your welcome Chris..its not really good from where I am now..covid cases are up again and we are on a lockdown again
Oh no! I’m sorry to hear that. This is getting so tiresome as we all wait to get vaccinated. Stay safe.

Me too. Thank you, Lois.
You succesfully.glamourized an old chimney. It almost looks like a skyscraper….a modern one too. Good job!

Yes, old chimneys like this have become harmless reminders of yesteryear.

That sounds like a cool history for the chimney I think these square, tapered chimneys have a great look to them.
