Bluebirds

We’ve had bluebirds around our feeders occasionally this season. They like the suet we put out but prefer to gather it from the ground when a bit drops off. They really like it when I change out the suet cake and throw the remnants of the old one on the ground.

Oh how precious they are! I have never captured a bluebird. I have only seen them from afar. Thank you for sharing them with us. ☺️

First time seeing a Blue Bird up close and personal. I now understand Blue Bird Mints and why it is blue in color. Also learnt a new word from you “suet” – thanks!

I get so much enjoyment from our feathered friends. The bluebirds seem to come and go, which doesn’t surprise me with the landscape they have to choose from. However, the cardinals seem to be pretty regular visitors every day. 👀🍃
