This is an old image that I haven’t posted before. I don’t recall where it was made but I have to assume it was at low tide. For me, the chain adds something to the image.
What a wonderful image! The great row boat of 2020. As she shoved off on her maiden voyage the water beneath dried out! Oh but 2021! It’s going to be one big do over. With opposite energy. Good fortune for everyone straight ahead! Let’s hope.
Perhaps the owner treasures it and it is all the owner has 😉 Thanks for the image that allowed my imagination to run wild with the owner’s thinking for chaining the simple boat.
a gentle quiet.. when once the only sound was the paddle when you didn’t allow the boat to just d drift. good morning gentle soul. have a good day.
Thank you so much. I was up and out eraly for a dawn photos shoot at the coast. I hope you’ve had a good day.
If I were there, I would take a snapshot, too. 👀🍃
Thank you, Gail.
Definitely photo-worthy.
Thank you, Lois.
The chain pulls your eye in (or out, if you’re a contrarian).
Thank you. I’m not exactly sure which it is. lol
I love it! A little uncared for, chained to something; what does it say to you?
It says I’m here and serv my purpose to get my master to his boat and back to shore. No more, no less. Thank you.

I second that. I hope that things are so much better in 2021 and will do my part to make it so. Thank you, Sandra.
It’s such a forlorn little craft–but important to someone.
The little boat takes you to the bigger one.
Always the bridesmaid, never the bride, eh?
Exactly!
Rustic row boat and yes a chain so strong to tie down this simple row boat. It must mean alot to the owner to chain it down instead of usual rope.
You’re right. The chain is a bit overkill.

Poor lil guy all chained up.
It needs some TLC.
