Thank you

Joaquin and I atop the Santa Ana volcano in 2016

On behalf of Joaquin Batres and myself, thank you to the people who donated to help provide basic necessities to the students and their families enrolled in Teaching You’s program. Every little bit helps towards providing basic relief to families in El Salvador during the dual crises of COVID-19 and flooding.

Joaquin was preparing bags of food to go out to families when we spoke on Saturday night.

If you missed yesterday’s post about Teaching You’s current mission to provide humanitarian relief, you can find it here.

If you did not yet donate and would like to do so, click here. There is still time.

If you read this far then scroll below for your reward. This is the view inside the Santa Ana Volcano. She’s not extinct, just sleeping. There was steam coming off that water.
