but, alas, I’ll be the one to say I don’t have to read during this lockdown yikes! my chores at home doubled with the boys staying at home all the time…

Beautiful picture! I have plenty to read but unfortunately I don’t have the brainpower/attention span for it these days. It doesn’t make sense. I love to read and always wished for more time to do so. Now that time is here, I can’t focus long enough to dive into a story. My mind wanders off at night on it’s own. The darn thing.

I know what you mean and feel the same. It’s almost embarrassing how little I’ve read. But my mind is likewise occupied. I guess we will read what we can and not worry too much about it. I’m reading a pretty good fictionalized a count of the life of photographer Dorothea Lange.

I LOVE used book stores! Sadly, so many of them are going out of business. As soon as these restrictions are lifted, I’m going to travel and when I do, I’ll be hitting as many book stores as possible!

I really lovd them too. It’s fun to just dig through and see what treasures they have. I can’t wait to hit the road again or even travel locally to some of my favorite used book shops.

Oh! And here I was thinking it might be your very own library! 😁 Yes, much reading done these days! πŸ˜„ But still I can’t wait for the libraries to open again (which will likely be next week!).

I’m not quite sure about their modus operandi, I think it will be reduced to only a few people granted entrance and only to return and borrow new media. No using the work spaces etc. I don’t know when I’ll risk it since I don’t have to return me books until the end of May and also luckily have still a lot of books of my own that I haven’t read yet. Though there’s quite a dent in the pile already. πŸ˜‰
