My wife and I took a short vacation in August to Old Saybrook, CT. Near the mouth of the Connecticut River is this railroad bridge. I made the first image at sunset on our way to dinner (image below). The next morning, I awoke early knowing the light would be different at that time. I was rewarded with the image above.
I find light’s ability to change a scene just fascinating!
It can really change the look.
And contemplating it never gets old!
Both shots are very nice!
Thanks, Teri
both of them are pretty good
Thank you so much
I enjoyed both shots. Isnβt it amazing how a certain time of day and lighting gives us incredible but different images! π
Thank you, Nancy. I agre about the light. The season also affects the light. At 11:00 yesterday, the light wwas similar to early evening in summer.
Itβs truly something to watch us move around that sun… is physically and the planet Earth. Lol!
Wow..both images are fabulous..so professional Chris β
Thank you π
Welcome πβ
They’re both great shots – I really love your bridge photos! – but the morning light definitely adds a magic touch! π
Thank you, Sarah. I was glad I returned the next morning.
