      Ha ha ha. There is actually an effigy for her on the grave. Unfortunately, 300+ years of the elements and people touching it have caused it to degrade significantly. This keeps people away. A canopy would be a good idea. Itโ€™s actually in pretty bad shape otherwise that could have been a good photo.

    I was thinking in the same lines – obviously the fence is there to keep her in.๐Ÿ˜‰ My, that’s a really old grave! She must have been part of the first or so wave of settlers. Cheers!

      I was not around her grave late at night. It was about 7:00 am and sunny. I was taking some photos at a nearby marina and some locals told me this is a great shot. Thank you and cheers!
