A couple of weeks back, we drove down to Salisbury, MA. The community has a Gnome and Fairy Walk along a one-mile wooded path as a fundraiser. Different groups, classes, and individuals made fairy and gnome houses. While this was admittedly geared for children, we had fun looking around and seeing how creative everyone had bee.
so much creativity here – the outfit, the houses… an enchanted walk indeed
π
It was pretty fun…even for a couple of adults. Thank you and Cheers!
π
So cute! The one with the little lady bugs on the ‘front yard’ is my favorite.
They were such fun. Some were hard to photograph because they blended in so well with the woods. Cheers!
Lovely indeed! π
Thank you, Garfield. Cheers!
Pretty but did you see any of the fae? π
No. Actually some of the children were rather upset that they werenβt seeing any.
False advertising! hehehehe
Magical for anyone – nature and art!
The best part is that is led down to a pretty salt marsh.
Oh how adorable!
Thank you. It was pretty cute. Cheers
The images are amazing Chris.. Cheers π·
Thank you. They were fun to make. Cheers
What a fun event! Great captures!
Thank you. We had a great time. Enjoy the long weekend. Cheers!
What a sweet little fairy! β€
I know, so cute. Cheers!
Oh! These are so wonderful, Chris! Love the photo of the butterfly-winged girl peering into one of the houses! If there had been something similar in my childhood I would have spent hours inventing stories about the fairies. π
Thanks Sarah. It was challenging to shoot the houses because they tended to blend in with the woods. You can still make fairy stories if you like. Cheers
I think that’s exactly what the fairies intended when they built them. π And you’re right, it’s never to late to write these stories. π
