The Charlestown Navy Yard in Boston has many old buildings. Most have been repurposed. Some have been restored and others still look rather old. This building is one that still has that rustic look.
The way you photographed it, it looks like a piece of art, perhaps mixed media. Or someone just has a sense of humor, but still a bit of a mystery…could be a secret message…look for door #1…
Awesome door, great shot 😀
Ciao
Sid
Thank you, Sid Have a great day.
another door, an old, rustic door, hmmm a mystery to start the day… cheers
I’ll tell you a secret….I’ve no idea what’s in that building. The mystery continues. Have a great day. Cheers!

Buon Weekend 🙂
Thank you =)
Come on down, Chris! Great photo, too!
Thanks Lois. Cheers!
Hmm…old furniture left behind perhaps😉
Maybe!
So neat. I assume it was an old Navy shipyard, now open to the public. I’d love to wander around there.
It’s a lot of fun to walk around there. Cheers

Who know? It remains a mystery. It’s fun to guess, though. Cheers!
Like the old rusty stuff and what was behind the door? 😉
Thank you. I have no idea what’s in there. Likely materials for the National Park site or maintaining the USS Constitution. Or Jimmy Hoffa. Who knows?
Argh! Now i really have to know what’s behind that door!! 😂
Great shot, Chris!
Thanks, Sarah. I think we all want to know. Hahaha
Although it is rustic but the color looks pretty…nice creative image Chris..
Thank you. I like the colors also. Cheers!
