Jef Aérosol is the pseudonym of Jean-François Perroy, a French stencil graffiti artist. (Source: Wikipedia). These pieces are on the campus of Northeastern University in Boston.
I saw some decorations of homes on the net..for example they draw some cats on a wall besides the stairs inside a house…when you look at the black drawings you feel that a cat is running up the stairs…you imagine it..so creative indeed….
I have never heard of stencil graffiti nor this artist but I like his work! They seem to be just tucked away for one to find them in unexpected places.
Aerosol… how appropriate 😉
I know, right? But it does stick in your brain. Happy Weekend.
These are amazing
They are. And they are so understated that finding them is like a little discovery. Cheers
What beautiful pieces of art.
Doesn’t he do great work. Cheers
This is really artistic!! Cool👍☺
It was a great find. Thanks Garfield.
These are wonderful and work so well in an urban context! Cheers! Have a great weekend! 😄
It does lend itself well into the concrete jungle that makes up much of our urban landscapes. Cheers
So creative…some people use this kind of art in the decoration of their homes…
Great images Chris.
Really? I’ve not seen such art as decorations in homes here but most homes here are wood and plaster. Cheers

I see. I actually made a wood cut outs of two people playing baseball and used to put them on our barn. We still have them but don’t really use them.
Great…creativity seems to be in different fields of your life Chris…not only photography…keep going..cheers:-)
I’m not sure if you have FB. We (my wife and I) have a page for a figure in our yard that we dress up for different seasons.

It is fun how they are tucked away as you say. It is a bit of serendipity to find them. Cheers
