This image was made along the Merrimack River in Newburyport Massachusetts. That bridge is part of Route 1 that stretches from Maine to Key West, Florida.
Wow! Good to hear that, Chris. Are your job away from home or not? How is it in comparison with what you use to do before?
Here, school begins on September 11.
Cheers
I’m teaching at schools close to home. This is very different than before. I used to be a manager running a research program. Now, I get to teach. I’m excited and happy. π
You did awesome! I admire your eye for detail and your persistence to go out there and wait for the right moment no matter if itΒ΄s early in the morning or late at night.
Blue, deep blue is fascinating!
Cheers π
Sid
Thank you Sid. Cheers
A quiet and beautiful sunset, dear Chris π

Thank you so much, Monica. Hugs back plus cheers!
Aww! I hope you’re well, Chris π
Thank you Monica. School is done and I have already begun work as a teacher. Life is good. Cheers!

It is very good for you if you like it. I am happy for you, Chris. Not many people do what they like in life.

Life is too short to not do something you at least enjoy π

I like the scratches of light in the dark river
Thanks. I think that is from reflections of lights on shore and along the bridge. Cheers!
Love those red streaks of reflected lightning in this rather monochromatic shot, Chris! Beautiful!
Thanks Sarah. I did too and tried to make sure I captured them while shooting this.

Thank you, Sarah. It gets tricky chasing the light sometimes.
Love the shades of blue in the sky and water and the reflection of the bridge in the water.. you’re a brilliant photographer, Chris.
Was this picture clicked while you were in a car ?
Thank you. No. I was on a dock (quay) and had the camera mounted on a tripod.
Loved the click. I wish I had the skills as you π·
Thank you. It just takes lots of practice. π
Wow – all the way to key west (which is under water right now) – but I bet it would be nice to drive from Maine to key west along that road/highway
It would be the scenic route and take a while but I’m sure you’d see some interesting sights.
yes – and extra long – which could be a good thing if exploring is the aim….
