The people living on Beacon Hill, you have very little space to “strut their stuff” for the holidays. But these folks are creative. From window boxes, to balconies, to Louisburg Square, they found ways to decorate and have fun. I just wish I could go in Monday night and trick-or-treat.
These are great! I love the balcony and that eyeball ornament.
The people there were very creative. Cheers!
Very cool! They are creative with their limited spaces.
They are. I like checking them out for all the different holidays and the summer window boxes.
I did like their window boxes when I was there π
Fancy stuff indeed! I like Halloween decorations better than Christmas. Happy Halloween!
Thank you. I think I do also. Happy Halloween π
Artistic more than creative! Love the black cat β€
Scary cheers!
Sid
Isn’t it great. The head moves back and forth. πΊ
YEP π
Chris, I like how you utilized your creative photographic “eye,” to incorporate black and white photos with colored ones. This made quite an interesting montage where the eyeball, spider and cat details “popped out!” π Enjoy the sights and your Halloween!
Thank you, Robin. Some images worked better in BW. There were many things to see there if you paid attention. I have class tomorrow, so that was my Halloween. Though I may bring some treat bags to class. We have some foreign students in class and they should experience getting candy for Halloween. What about you? Will you be home handing out treats?
Wonderful close-up peek at Beacon Hill’s Halloween trimmings. Halloween decorations have come a long way since I was a kid and that’s a very good thing. And, yes, I will be in costume as I pass out goodies tomorrow night.
Good for you. Our home is on a state road too treacherous for trick or treat. I miss seeing them. Enjoy! π
Love the big cat and the skulls very classy decorating….and the eyeball is looking to see everyone has fun…happy Halloween Chris βΊοΈ enjoy the day!
I’m pleased you like them. This neighborhood is always fun to see around the holidays.
This is great! We have a park called Beacon Hill here in Victoria, BC – small world π
Oh really? I’ve been to Vancouver but not Victoria. The name here started because it was the tallest hill in the city and where they would hang signal beacons in case of emergency. Perhaps someday I’ll get to Victoria to see the park. Cheers!
Happy Halloween Chris!!
Thank you, Soheir. We didn’t really celebrate but enjoyed all of the decorations. Cheers!
Great!!
Awesomeeeeeeee
Thank you so much. I think this neighborhood is great. Cheers!
