I probably already mentioned this, but my grandfather’s family came from Sweden and settled on “Squam Hill” in Rockport, Mass. My great uncle/second cousin was a candy maker named Roger Tuck, who still has family members who make Tuck’s Candy. My great aunt Dorothy married George Tuck and when I was 16, I worked in his pharmacy right on the beginning of Bear Skin Neck. I used to love to run down to the lobster house and buy a live lobster for $5. (Along with seeing the artists with easels painting the Motif # 1.)
The Red Light reminded me of the setting and fun times spent in Massachusetts. 🙂
I believe we met the boat and architecture in an earlier photo composition. The red warning light gives it a whole new dimension.
aAh, you have a good eye…and memory. Thank you, Annie. Cheers!
the red stands out…love the colours and tones in your image Chris…have a happy day 🙂
Thank you, Hedy. I thought of desaturating all but the red but liked the mutes tones in the background. Cheers!
Astounding! 🌟✨💫
Oh, thank you…Cheers!
Good catch!
Thanks Teri. I’ve shot there enough that I have to be creative to find something new. Cheers!
Great image!
The background of the photo is so pretty indeed!!
Thank you. If you can find a post from a couple of weeks back titled Obediah, it is an image of the background. Cheers.
Thanks a lot!!
I think when you keep going back to the same area it forces you to see differently. You’ve definitely succeeded here. Great eye.
Thank you so much…Cheers!
