I’ve only recently realized how much character is added to the photo subject in B/W rather than color. But either way, it is a magical subject you captured perfectly.
Oh wow! I can not tell you how very much I love the b/w shot, Chris! ItΒ΄s just stunning! π And that cute little greek amphora lying in front on the lawn…perfect π

Thank you, GP. BW definitely captures form and texture. I like it for some images where the color detracts. Cheers!
Such lovely captures Chris, the b&w made me think of old Hollywood, a starlet’s home.
Thank you, Laurie. Oh, great observation. BTW, there are some awesome movies coming out now, aren’t there.
As always, beautiful photos!
Gorgeous greens! I am going with the color photograph this time. What a beautiful place this is.
Thanks Lois. I like the color as much as the BW. It is a lovely courtyard and my photo does not do it justice. Cheers!
What a lovely image! I need to go see it in color. I have been absent from WordPress… hope you posted it as well.
Ahhhh…. I did not scroll down fast enough! I see it now. Can I blame it on not enough coffee in my veins yet!
Ha ha ha…I do the same thing. It is a great museum. Cheers!
So beautiful!!!
Thank you so much. The museum itself is wonderful but I especially love the courtyard. Cheers!

With colors, looks amazing. But B&W it’s fantastic, Chris. Looks like an old time magical courtyard.
Thank you, Monica. The woman who built it wanted it to look like the courtyard of an Italian palace. I think she did a good job. Cheers π
She did, indeed, Chris π
Cheers!
Fabulous contrast between the B&W and colour! ππ
Oh, thank you. Cheers!

Thank you, Sarah. I like that detail as well. Cheers!
I’m drawn to the b/w on this…albeit I do like the greens too…fun! βΊοΈ
It’s a lovely spot in this museum. I hardly do it justice. Cheers π
