Nice shot 🙂
I also like to rummage in old or demolished buildings with my friends. We especially look for houses or buildings which have legends. Let’s say haunted houses. 😀
We can have an exchange…We have a local city (Salem Massachusetts) with a history of witches. You can come here to learn the spells and I will go there to see Transylvania!
I’m sure that it was once a very busy place. Thank you. The light comes from some overhead vent windows that I’m sure once both brought in light and allowed the heat of the kitchen to escape. Cheers!
Thank you…The light and colors were really nice in this image, which is why, I liked color vs BW. The reflection in the puddle is also a nice detail. Cheers!
Oh, I hope they recycled some of those marvelous materials!!! So much reuse visible in just this one shot.
From what I could see of the exterior part of the demolition, they used some.
Very good!
Thank you so much. Cheers!
Very cool find and shot! Did you go in further???
Eventually. It was a bit anticlimactic and I liked this shot best. It’s all gone now.
Awwwwww 😦
There are other parts I want to visit but they cross the line to breaking and entering. 😉
I hear ya! Phooey!
I can see myself opening a huge kitchen restaurant there!
That would have been interesting…It was in the basement of an old psychiatric hospital. =)
Nice shot 🙂

Ah, haunted houses…spooky. Do you ever see ghosts? I like going in places like this. It makes me feel like Indiana Jones. Cheers! =)
One day, recently, we felt like someone chasing us. And a music came from nowhere and then it stopped suddenly. It was strange.:D
Scary indeed…Perhaps you need something to protect you from evil spirits.
Yes, maybe 🙂
But we don’t have here indians to teach us about spells and other things.

Sounds perfect 😀
You’ll love Salem!!!
That’s a great shot …. it beckons the timid explorer to look further 🙂
Thank you. I have to see if I can find the images of the interior that I made. I liked this the best but the others are interesting also. Cheers.
Very nice. It takes us through time. Great shot…
Thank you…I am not sure when this was built. Other parts of the building date back to the mid 19th century. This is more modern. Cheers!
Great light in you picture. Like a distant memory of a busy place.

I love abandoned spaces too….
so many interesting details in this image, each telling the story of the place… great colors and light too 🙂

Also love these spaces….cool.
