Good call. This should have been titled “Two Ladies Walking by Vendor”. It is an instance of something intended to be a detail taking over the image.

Thank you…I had to look again. I think that is part of a fence put up in front of a construction site on that spot. There is a lot of construction going on there with a new tower going up. Cheers!
