Plus it is not like here where for a few months each year you can skate on local ponds and many towns put up a rink for winter. There is no skating on the Nile. =P

Thank you Izza…I learnt last week that they decorated this area with lights. It was very pretty and peaceful. I made another nice image of the ocean harbor while I was there. I’ll post that tomorrow. Cheers =)
It seemed like it. The lighting was very low, so it was difficult to tell. They had great weather for it for a December wedding. I think the bride had like a cape and cowl thing on (think a white version of the little red riding hood outfit). Given the low light, and the number of people around them, I did not attempt a photo.
