Considering this challenge, I thought of photos and places that have made me think ”WOW!” and also that I have not used recently. I chose to post this gallery of photos from Dresden Germany. Dresden was the place that most made me say “wow” this year. It was a last minute addition to my itinerary and its beauty really caught me off guard.

Thank you…I visited Berlin a few years ago and had the same reaction. I’d like to see more of the country.
I have many places in Europe I’d love to see now that I’m old enough to appreciate them. We lived in Frankfurt and Hamburg coincidentally? Dad was in the Air Force…I was there from ages 2-5. I want to see Italy, France, Germany…etc. 🙂
Those are all great places (though I lack first hand knowledge on Italy). Oh, for more time and money.

I enjoyed these. We studied at the Goethe Institut in Dresden during the late nineties, and these pictures really took me back.
